While we ship globally (excluding certain Asian countries and remote regions), it is your responsibility to understand local regulations regarding automatic knives, OTF knives, and blade length restrictions. Our team verifies orders for obvious compliance issues but cannot provide legal advice.

Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders over $50 – 15-25 business days after dispatch

All orders typically process within 1-2 business days before shipping.

Every knife receives professional packaging:

• Protective bubble wrap or foam
• Discreet outer packaging (no branding indicating contents)
• Secure boxes to prevent movement
• Automatic knives are shipped with mechanisms protected

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or inspections. These fees are the recipient’s responsibility. We declare contents as “collector knives” or “cutlery” with accurate values. For high-value collections, consider splitting orders to avoid customs scrutiny.

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery if:

• Item is unused and in original packaging
• All original tags and paperwork are included
• Return shipping is paid by customer

Important: Automatic and butterfly knives have additional restrictions – contact us before returning.
