TACTICAL NOTE: All returns must be in original, unused condition with packaging intact. Certain specialized items (see Section 5) are excluded from return eligibility due to regulatory restrictions.

1. OPERATIONAL TIMEFRAME

You have a 15-day engagement window from delivery date to initiate returns or exchanges for eligible items.

2. MISSION PROTOCOL: RETURN PROCESS

Phase 1: Request Authorization

  • Original order number
  • Item(s) for return with reason code:
    • Code 1 – Defective/Non-functional
    • Code 2 – Incorrect Item Shipped

Phase 2: Receive RMA Documentation

Our Logistics Team will respond within 24-48 hours with:

  • Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Secure shipping instructions
  • Customs documentation (international returns only)

Phase 3: Package & Ship

Prepare items with military-grade care:

  • Original packaging with all protective materials
  • Include RMA number visibly on exterior
  • For automatic knives: Include original compliance documentation

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the operator unless return is due to our error.

3. FINANCIAL EXTRACTION: REFUND PROCESS

Upon successful inspection at our HQ (3199 Heliport Loop):

  • Refund Method: Original payment channel (Visa/MasterCard/JCB/PayPal)
  • Timeline:

Exchanges ship within 2 business days of return verification via your preferred shipping method.

5. RESTRICTED ITEMS (NON-RETURNABLE)

The following specialized equipment cannot be returned due to regulatory and safety protocols:

  • Automatic Knives (All OTF mechanisms – single/double action)
  • Custom-Configured Tactical Blades (Laser engraved or modified per customer specs)
  • Opened Survival/Hunting Kits (Compromised sterile packaging)
  • Clearance/Closeout Items (Marked as final sale)

Defective restricted items will be handled via manufacturer warranty – contact our Armorer’s Desk for assistance.

6. SPECIAL OPERATIONS: INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Global operators note:

  • Declare as “Returned Goods – Commercial Value $0” on customs forms
  • Include all original compliance documentation
  • Return shipping via tracked courier (DHL/FedEx recommended)
  • Allow additional 5-7 days for customs processing
